How to claim your ScheduleHouse account

On December 22, 2019 – Aradia Fitness Triangle migrated away from the MindBODY online scheduling software. All client accounts, class credits, memberships, class registrations, etc were imported into our new registration portal – ScheduleHouse.

Private data, such as account passwords, billing information, & credit cards were NOT included in this import.

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO GET STARTED WITH YOUR SCHEDULEHOUSE ACCOUNT:

(1) Visit https://app.schedulehouse.com/SH/Client/009101 from any web browser.

(2) You will use the SAME email address you had associated with your MindBODY account. Please do not attempt to log in with your MindBODY password – that data was not transferred.

(3) Follow the link/prompts for “lost/reset password”. You will receive an email from ScheduleHouse to take you through setting up a new password. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox right away.

(4) Update any account data, contact information, and add a form of payment to your client account. To avoid any disruptions in your online payments or auto-pays, you will need to resolve this right away.

(5) Explore this easy-to-use new program and check out our robust new schedule for 2020!

How to Redeem Your Groupon/Living Social Voucher

All vouchers must be redeemed by email before you can register for class(es). Follow the steps below to get started redeeming your Groupon voucher:

(1) Create a User Account with our ScheduleHouse registration portal. Please CLICK HERE to get your account set up if you do not already have one.

(2) Email AradiaGroupon@gmail.com with a screen shot or PDF of your Groupon voucher. We must have the full Voucher number (listed under the barcode) in order to redeem your Groupon.

(3) Once your Groupon is received and redeemed, our staff will place the corresponding class credit(s) on your ScheduleHouse account. You will receive an email back when your classes are available for use.

(4) Due to the volume of voucher redemptions we receive, please allow 2-4 business days for this process to be complete. We encourage Groupon users to plan in advance for the classes they wish to attend as our classes sometimes fill up 2-3 weeks in advance.
