Aerial Acrobatic Classes
Intro to Aerial Acrobatics
Intro to Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a restorative anti-gravity aerial hammock class, combining elements from yoga, flexibility, and core conditioning. Hammocks are rigged low to the ground. Students will be challenged to deepen their flexibility, release chronic tension, explore proper alignment, calm the nervous system, build upper body and core strength, and to have the support of the fabric to assist going up side down. This class ends with a peaceful savasana supported in the hammock.
Aerial Yoga is suitable to most individuals of all ages, shapes and fitness levels. Prerequisite to attend is completion of our INTRO TO AERIAL YOGA class or previous aerial yoga experience.
Fit to Fly
Fit to Fly is the next step on your aerial acrobatics journey after your Intro to Aerial class. In this series, students will be taken through important foundational & strength-building movements on silks, lyra & trapeze that will set them up for success in Level 1 apparatus-specific classes.
A minimum of eight (8) Fit to Fly classes is required before being eligible to be assessed for entrance into Level Silks, Level 1 Lyra, Level 1 Trapeze and/or Level 1 Aerial Sling.

Prerequisite to attend: Completion of Fit to Fly requirements for Aerial Silks/Sling.
Prerequisite to attend is completion of at least EIGHT (8) Lyra Level 1 classes AND instructor approval. Students with previous experience should first contact management for approval to attend.
